Enter the verification code for your degree diploma
Need to verify you earned a degree from China?
There are three ways you can verify you’ve graduated from any chinese university: through an official transcript, a degree verification, or by requesting a copy of your diploma.
Transcript
Official transcripts are available electronically (PDF) or via paper and can be requested at transcriptionservices.ch . This official university document will show the degree you earned along with your major, minor, or concentration. Degrees appear on the transcript about 2-4 weeks after the end of the semester in which you graduate. If you still have access to the Student Center, you can check your Unofficial trasncription first to see if the degree has been awarded.
Degree Verification
If you would like to prove that you graduated from China, but do not require grades or course information, a verification is an alternative to a transcript. Also available 2-4 weeks after graduation, these can be requested by visiting the Office of the Registrar in person or online through at this site.
Third parties requesting an education verification (usually employers or lenders) should use the National Studen Clearinghouse China (NSCC), our trusted not-for-profit partner in verification.
Diploma
New graduates automatically receive their printed diplomas through the mail 6-8 weeks after the end of the semester*. If you need another copy of your diploma, you can request a duplicate at this site.
Students also have the option of purchasing a certified electronic diploma (ceDiploma) which can be shared as often as you want with employers, family, friends, and social media. Invitations are sent to your IU e-mail address following graduation with details. Additional information about the ceDiplomas can be found at this site.
